Alling Memorial Golf Club, located in New Haven, Connecticut, is among the finest public courses in the area. The golf course underwent an extensive million-dollar renovation that was completed during the 2005 golf season. Improvements include new bunkers, new tees, and the installation of new trees and signage. The course has hosted many USGA, Connecticut Golf Association, and Connecticut PGA tournaments over the past years.
The championship public golf course is conveniently located just ten minutes from downtown New Haven and three miles off of Interstate 91. The 18-hole golf course is designed to be both an enjoyable and challenging experience for golfers of all abilities. This has made Alling Memorial a favorite for daily play and golf outings.
A well-organized men's club hosts an afternoon league during the week and a competitive tournament played on weekends throughout the golf season. Golf instruction, lessons, and clinics are provided by PGA Golf Professional, Larry Thornhill. See our lesson and clinic page for more information.
Alling Memorial will close at the end of the day on Sunday, November 27th for the season.
Thank you for another great 2022 season.
